ADI is a great resource for finding programs that train dogs, learning about assistance dogs, and receiving help when you have a question or problem.
ADUC provides financial aid to people who would benefit from having an assistance dog, as well as to programs who train and place dogs.
Here is the portion that pertains to assistance dogs. This is a good document to memorize, or carry a laminated copy in your dog's pack.
ADI is a small college north of San Fransisco offering seminars and degree programs in assistance dog education. Students learn how to breed, raise, train and place assistance dogs with clients, in addition to courses such as disability studies, marketing, and running a successful program. The dogs that are trained by college students are then placed as assistance dogs.
VIP is dedicated to promoting healthy, versatile Poodles. They encourage participation in many careers/events including assistance, herding, hunting, protection, agility, and dock diving!
This is a fantastic collection of historical documentation, portraits, uses etc. of all sizes of Poodles.

The IPPG is a free online magazine for all Poodle lovers - especially those who focus more on temperament than looks.
